SHIPPING POLICY

Products ordered from myprimitivelabs.shop ship from our partner warehouses. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered.

• Order processing: 1–3 business days.
• United States: 7–15 business days after processing.
• Canada, Europe, Australia, and UK: 10–20 business days after processing.
• Rest of the world: 12–25 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date an order ships, not the order date, and exclude processing time. Deliveries may take longer than expected due to incorrect shipping addresses, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout to help our carriers reach you if needed. We are not able to issue refunds for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer — please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Order Confirmation
After payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. Your order will then begin processing.

Separate Shipments
When you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses so that each item reaches you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
